This loadout caters to those looking for a fast-paced, quickscoping loadout. The ADS time is about as low as you can get it with this Black Ops Cold War loadout. The Hangman RF optic is a personal favorite for quickscoping. Whether it actually improves ADS time has yet to be determined by us, but it definitely feels that way. Another plus for the Hangman RF is that its 6x zoom is just enough for most players, without being too zoomed in.

This Pellington 703 loadout lowers the idle sway at the main sacrifice of ADS time. This loadout is perfect for longer maps like Satellite where you are engaging the enemy at a far distance and need the reduced weapon sway. It would also be highly beneficial in Fire Team where the distances between enemies can be quite large. I would recommend running a quality secondary to engage at close range, as quickscoping isn’t really an option due to the long ADS time.

This loadout enables you to reach Sonic like speeds with the Pellington 703, allowing you to engage close range. While not the ideal way to use a sniper rifle, being able to run and flank quickly can easily net you some kills. The optic can be traded for something with a little more zoom. However, we assume you’ll be engaging close range with all that speed.
